Sculpture Story

The Anvil Arts Sculpture Garden & Gallery grows out of a lifelong sculptural journey. Artist, Bill Brown opened the Anvil Arts Studio in the fall of 1981 as his working sculpture studio. The large studio space is filled with a mix of metal working equipment, tools, materials, and various works in progress. Bill also has a separate studio space where he creates his works of acrylic on canvas.

Over time the outdoor area was developed to display Bill’s large scale sculptures and also includes a separate gallery building.  The garden & gallery now also represents other regional sculptors working in various styles and mediums.

Visitors and collectors have the opportunity to experience a wide range of outdoor sculpture as well as sculpture for interiors. Currently the garden & gallery represents artists working in metal, glass, clay, and stone. All the work displayed indoors and outdoors are available for purchase.
